Our team developed a multifaceted project exploring the question, 'Why can’t students and young workers afford to live in the city?' The editorial featured banal visual narratives placed in a small guidebook offering comedic insights and solutions. We also created a video to further engage audiences. The project won an internal contest among our peers and was published in C41 Magazine.
Starting from the idea that microwaves are fundamental in the life of a young and broke person, our concept focuses on creating a guide that points out alternative solutions to survive in big cities, all inspired by our own experiences, the interview answers and the result of an original survey. The booklet is divided into four chapters: Housekeeping, Money, Lifestyle and Food.
